The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a>\u00a0mom revealed this during a recent interview with The Daily Dish, when she shed more light on her youngest daughter\u2019s college search<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Kyle Richards’ daughter Portia Umansky is “nervous” about college<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s been, you know, taking over the majority of our conversations,\u201d Kyle said.\u00a0 \u201cOur dinner conversations are about which school she should apply to and what she\u2019s going to write for her personal statement, and all the family weighing in on where she should apply, what\u2019s the best state for her to move to that we could all visit all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kyle couldn\u2019t help but laugh while reflecting on all the input; however, she admitted that the experience was somewhat bittersweet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019s going to be hard, obviously, when she actually leaves,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd I know she\u2019s very nervous about that, which also makes me feel anxious. But, you know, I\u2019ve survived three times before, so hopefully, I\u2019ll survive this time, too.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kyle \u2014 who is also a mom to daughters\u00a0Farrah Brittany<\/a>,\u00a0Alexia Umansky<\/a>, and\u00a0Sophia Umansky<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 previously revealed that Portia\u00a0began touring colleges in the spring of 2025<\/a>, months before she\u00a0began her senior year of high school<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“She wants to go, she thinks, to the University of Miami for sports management,” Kyle explained during a September 24\u00a0Amazon Live stream<\/a>. “She was a manager of the boys’ tennis team and the basketball team, and now she’s just like, ‘I like to boss people around.'”<\/p>\n

What are Portia Umansky’s top school choices?<\/p>\n

Since then, Kyle and her estranged husband,\u00a0Mauricio Umansky<\/a>, have taken their daughter to tour multiple campuses in Texas and Florida. And, according to Kyle, Portia liked what she saw in the Lone Star State.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis weekend, I took my youngest, Portia, to look at colleges, which is so crazy,” Kyle told\u00a0Extra<\/a>\u00a0back in April. “I went to Austin, we went to Dallas, we went to Fort Worth…TCU [Texas Christian University], and then Mau took her to [the University of] Miami, so we’re doing the rounds right now.<\/p>\n

\u201cTCU she liked a lot, also [Southern Methodist University],” Kyle continued. “We want less partying and more studying and fun.”\u00a0<\/p>\n
