Here\u2019s a peek inside the record-breaking property. <\/p>\n<p>World\u2019s tallest hotel opens in Dubai<\/p>\n<p>Dubai is in the grip of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euronews.com\/travel\/2025\/01\/28\/dubai-is-on-steroids-how-overtourism-is-fuelling-a-quiet-crisis-in-the-uae\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>tourism boom<\/strong><\/a>. The city welcomed 18.7 million international tourists last year, up 9 per cent from 2023, and is increasingly looking to lure wealthy visitors. <\/p>\n<p>Foreign investment in tourism topped $2 billion (\u20ac1.7 billion) in 2024, and the Ciel Dubai Marina is emblematic of the maximalist character of this surge. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to welcome guests to Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, a visionary landmark that redefines innovation, luxury, and creativity at every level,\u201d said Heinrich Morio, managing director of the hotel. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis extraordinary <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euronews.com\/travel\/2025\/09\/14\/from-private-jets-to-former-prisons-these-are-some-of-europes-quirkiest-repurposed-hotels\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hotel<\/strong><\/a> reflects Dubai\u2019s status as a global destination for tourism and business, offering an experience that is as elevated as it is unforgettable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The needle-shaped structure was designed by NORR Group architects, and everything revolves around height. <\/p>\n<p>All the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows to take advantage of the panoramic vistas of Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai skyline and the Arabian <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euronews.com\/travel\/2025\/07\/23\/it-will-soon-be-easier-to-travel-between-gulf-countries-with-a-new-schengen-style-visa\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Gulf<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There is an ocean-facing outdoor infinity pool at level 76 &#8211; one of the highest in the world &#8211; and the top of the tower features an observation deck with lofty views to the horizon.<\/p>\n<p>The architects say Ciel\u2019s design addresses \u201cmany complex challenges, including resource efficiency and sustainability.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCiel is ambitious, featuring vertically stacked enclosed gardens throughout the height of the tower,\u201d the architectural firm writes on its website. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEarly in the design effort, computational fluid dynamic analysis and wind tunnel modelling had a dramatic impact on the structure and shape of the tower.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>8 restaurants and a 24-hour gym<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euronews.com\/travel\/2025\/10\/16\/farm-stays-and-heritage-hotels-the-experiences-shaping-european-travel-in-2026\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>hotel<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s facilities are as extravagant as the design. <\/p>\n<p>There are eight dining venues. West 13 serves up the Mediterranean experience, with handmade pasta, gyros, tacos, mezze and artisanal bakery creations. <\/p>\n<p>East 14 takes guests on an Asian buffet adventure of live ramen, pho, sushi, dim sum and curries. Risen Caf\u00e9 and Artisanal Bakery serves breakfast, lunch and an all-day menu of freshly baked pastries and speciality coffee. <\/p>\n<p>The most dramatic offering is Tattu, an award-winning, UK-born modern Asian concept. The hotel has three outlets: Tattu Restaurant &amp; Bar, Tattu Sky Pool and Tattu Sky Lounge. <\/p>\n<p>The experience begins on level 74, where the restaurant welcomes guests into a world of \u201cancient mythology, modern mastery and contemporary Chinese and Japanese cuisine\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>On level 76 is the Tattu Sky Pool, 310 metres up, with plush daybeds, Japanese-fusion bites and an energy that evolves from daytime relaxation to sunset DJ sets. <\/p>\n<p>The crescendo of the Tattu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.euronews.com\/travel\/2024\/11\/20\/can-you-enjoy-dubai-on-a-budget-uae-city-wants-to-dispel-misconceptions-about-cost-of-a-ho\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Dubai<\/strong><\/a> experience is on level 81, where the Sky Lounge &amp; Terrace combines music, cocktails and 360-degree views.<\/p>\n<p>There is a 24-hour state-of-the-art gym with skyline views. Back at ground level, guests can enjoy access to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah.
