I was fascinated by human anatomy. My family, on my mum\u2019s side, were very involved with the Order of Malta, so they\u2019re first aid responders. So I guess I got some inspiration from that side, although there are no doctors in my family.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">I studied very hard and got over 500 points in the Leaving Cert, but I didn\u2019t get enough to be able to study medicine. It was shattering for me.
