Partenaires (I&amp;P), the program aims to strengthen the development and resilience of\u00a0<strong>high-potential women-led businesses, particularly in green and transition sectors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The I&amp;P WE4A Acceleration Programme is organized into\u00a0<strong>three key tracks<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Investment Preparation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business training (e-learning + webinars)<\/li>\n<li>Mentorship with investors and coaches<\/li>\n<li>Help with financial planning, modeling, and preparing for future capital<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Access to Debt<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loans via a guarantee mechanism (especially in Uganda) \u2014 average loan size around\u00a0<strong>\u20ac22,000<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Technical assistance in credit applications, repayment planning and negotiation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Access to Capital<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Repayable financing (interest-free) for high-potential businesses (in some countries)<\/li>\n<li>Support to scale sustainably and prepare for further investment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Women-led or co-led small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in\u00a0<strong>Uganda<\/strong>\u00a0and other target countries: Cameroon, Senegal, Togo)<\/li>\n<li>Businesses active in\u00a0<strong>green\/transition sectors<\/strong>\u00a0(renewable energy, recycling, waste, sustainable agriculture, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Early-growth to growth-stage enterprises with strong potential to scale and formalize<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Amount of Support &amp;
