On Tuesday, November 25, the comedian, 50, was spotted arriving at the set of Jimmy Kimmel Live!<\/a> in Los Angeles ahead of his joint appearance with his wife<\/a>, Kristen Bell<\/strong>, on the late-night show that evening.<\/p>\n

In photos obtained by Star, the Armchair Expert podcast<\/a> co-host donned jeans and a white tank top, showcasing his impressive arm muscles.<\/p>\n

Shepard, who has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm, held a Coke can in one hand and a flannel shirt in the other \u2014 and his biceps looked especially ripped. The actor also sported a beard and mustache combo.<\/p>\n

In 2021, Shepard \u2014 who shares children Lincoln,<\/strong> 11, and Delta,<\/strong> 9, with Bell, 45 \u2014 opened up about his body transformation during an episode of his Armchair Expert podcast.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve been waiting for 10 years for Marvel to call so that I\u2019d have an excuse to get huge, and they\u2019re not gonna call. That ship sailed,\u201d he admitted, per ABC News<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m 46, they\u2019re not gonna call. So I just have to do it for my own amusement.\u201d<\/p>\n

The CHiPs actor also noted that he hits the gym six times a week and gained 24 pounds of muscle, crediting it to \u201clifting heavy, protein shakes, going bananas [and] heavy testosterone injections,\u201d per the outlet.<\/p>\n
