A new replacement car wash will be created.<\/p>\n<p>A new two storey shop building is to be created on the spot of the existing shop building. The new building will include 100-square-metres of retail space and will also contain an off licence.<\/p>\n<p>Three new restaurant\/caf\u00e9 spaces for the sale of hot and cold food for consumption both on and off the premises will be created. One of these will include a drive thru facility.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The redevelopment will see 43 car parking spaces created, including 2 EV spaces. There will also be facilities for bicycle parking alongside an outside seating area.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>New access points to the site will be created on the Donore Road, while the previous entrance to the old garden centre will be closed off under the new plans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/69298ff154fa7.jpg\" style=\"box-shadow:0 3px 15px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.7);\"\/><br \/><strong>The old garden centre site to the rear of the Maxol Service Station on the Donore Road.
