Which WHOOP membership should you choose?<\/p>\n

This totally depends on what you’re looking for. WHOOP Peak is known as the brand’s more balanced option, aimed at everyday runners, gym-goers, or anyone interested in improving their recovery and performance.<\/p>\n

It includes sleep tracking, strain scores and recovery stats, plus access to the WHOOP app. Peak is great for anyone who wants simple, data-backed training insights, and wants to keep things a little bit cheaper. <\/p>\n

WHOOP Life is the more premium option, for those who want a more personalised and community-driven tracker. Life members have access to exclusive content, advanced coaching insights, as well as access to the broader WHOOP ecosystem. This is best suited to people who are looking for something truly top-tier. <\/p>\n

When does the WHOOP Black Friday sale end?<\/p>\n

The WHOOP Black Friday sale will be drawing to close (boo) on Monday, December 2. <\/p>\n

How much can you save on WHOOP during Cyber Weekend?<\/p>\n

As part of WHOOP’s Black Friday sale, shoppers can save up to \u00a360 on memberships and up to 70% off accessories. From November 20 to December 2, the WHOOP Peak membership drops to \u00a3189 for 12 months (was \u00a3229) and \u00a3344 for 24 months (was \u00a3384), while the WHOOP Life membership is reduced to \u00a3289 for 12 months (was \u00a3349) or \u00a3529 for 24 months (was \u00a3589). <\/p>\n

Accessories and apparel for WHOOP 5.0 and MG models are also discounted by up to 20%, with the biggest savings reserved for WHOOP 4.0, where selected items are up to 70% off. <\/p>\n

Is WHOOP better than Fitbit or Garmin?<\/p>\n

Not necessarily better, they’re just different. I still wear my Garmin<\/a> when running because I like having a screen for route tracking and pacing. But I\u2019m more consistent with my WHOOP, mainly because it\u2019s screen-free, lighter, and more comfortable to wear all day and night.<\/p>\n

That consistency pays off: WHOOP\u2019s in-depth data has helped me make lasting health and fitness improvements. For instance, when I see my WHOOP Age creep up after slacking on sleep or training, it\u2019s a clear nudge to get back on track.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re on a tighter budget or prefer a one-off purchase, the Fitbit Charge 6<\/a> is a solid alternative, but WHOOP\u2019s insights are in a league of their own.<\/p>\n

Is WHOOP waterproof?<\/p>\n

While not totally waterproof, the WHOOP is water-resistant. This means you can wear it swimming and in the shower if you wear it with a complementary band. If you plan on doing a lot of swimming or high-sweat activities, one of the SportFlex Bands is going to be your best bet. <\/p>\n
