\n Jordan had been missing since Monday, November 10th.\n <\/p>\n

The body of missing man\u00a0Jordan Newman, who was 28, has been recovered from the River Boyne today.<\/p>\n

Meath River Rescue confirmed the news this evening after 20 days of searching.<\/p>\n

In a post on social media the rescue team said:<\/p>\n

“Silver Bridge Kayaking Club who was involved in the search requested assistance, Meath River Rescue members got to the scene and launched our Rescue jet boat and recovered the body of the missing person.<\/p>\n

A short time later the body was transferred to Navan Gardai and an undertaker.<\/p>\n

We would like to acknowledge the support from the members of the public, local businesses and all other Rescue teams who came together<\/p>\n

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends<\/p>\n

May Jordan Rest In Peace”<\/p>\n

The rescue team said following the recovery they returned to the People of Meath’s boathouse to wash and sanitize equipment before they continue their search for missing 14 old year old Benjamin Spot, who has been missing for 10 days.<\/p>\n
