Planning permission has been granted for a four-storey block in Letterkenny containing 22 apartments.<\/strong><\/p>\n Donegal County Council gave the go-ahead to Brian Brogan for the development at Carnamuggagh Lower (Mountain Top), adjacent to the George Boal Roundabout.<\/p>\n The proposed complex will also include a communal roof terrace, lower level car parking and bicycle parking, and a toddlers play area.<\/p>\n There were a number of objections to the application.<\/p>\n The Ballaghderg\/Curraghleas Residents \u2018strongly\u2019 opposed the development, saying it was \u2018totally out of character\u2019 due to its height.
