Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN<\/strong><\/a>) is one of the AI Stocks Making Headlines on Wall Street.\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>On November 25, TD Cowen analyst John Blackledge reiterated a Buy rating on the stock with a $300.00 price target.<\/p>\n

The firm is optimistic on the stock and believes it is well-positioned amid surging AI demand and cloud infrastructure growth. Blackledge noted how Amazon\u2019s AWS revenue accelerated to 20.2% year-over-year growth in the third quarter of 2025, up from 17.5% in the second quarter.<\/p>\n

Management also cited a $200B backlog which doesn\u2019t include several unannounced deals from October. The firm also highlighted Amazon\u2019s recent multi-year deal with OpenAI comprising a $38BN commitment for the AI startup to leverage AWS compute \u201cincluding \u2018hundreds of thousands\u2019 of Nvidia GPUs and the potential to scale to \u2018tens of millions\u2019 of CPUs for agentic workloads.\u201d<\/p>\n

Moreover, AWS\u2019s Trainium chips business have also reached a multi-billion dollar run rate, growing more than 150% quarter-over-quarter in the third quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cMeanwhile, AWS\u2019s Trainium chips business is now at a multibillion-dollar run rate and growing 150%+ q\/q in 3Q25. We project AWS will reach $128.1BN in revenue in 2025, up 19.1% y\/y, rising to $348.5BN in 2030 (a 22% CAGR).
