Connolly\u2019s 4th Arq label was founded by the entrepreneur and her husband, Paul Quinn, in June 2020.<\/p>\n

The brand\u2019s half-zip fleeces were an overnight success, eventually landing the backing of John Kelly, son of EShopWorld founder Tommy.<\/p>\n

Connolly said she would be turning more attention back to the Irish market<\/p>\n

Connolly told the Sunday Independent that Haremi Limited, the company behind 4th Arq, was on course for further growth this year.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re actually really happy with how the business performed during that time, and the strong momentum has continued into 2025,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn fact, November 2025 has been our best month since 4th Arq began, which we\u2019re incredibly proud of.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve also got some exciting international developments under way and look forward to sharing more about those early in 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n

Haremi\u2019s results show 4th Arq had grown its retained earnings to nearly \u20ac7.5m. It reported a profit of over \u20ac4.16m in the year to the end of June 2024.<\/p>\n

Haremi paid a dividend of \u20ac400,000 to its shareholders after its 2024 financial period ended. These included Rosie Connolly, her and Quinn\u2019s company, Bronzecrest, and John Kelly\u2019s firm, Wallgrove.<\/p>\n

Connolly also shared that 4th Arq would continue to grow internationally in the UK and Australia, but would be turning more attention back to the Irish market.<\/p>\n

\u201cSomething we did do was a bit of research on where we are at in Ireland, and how many people are familiar with us,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe kind of felt like everyone knows about us in Ireland, when actually there was still a huge amount that are not familiar with our brand here.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo we have also turned a bit of our attention back to Ireland to make sure we are getting the best out of the market here.\u201d<\/p>\n
