When Everton travelled to Bournemouth for their Premier League clash on Tuesday night, David Moyes ordered a response from his side. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Everton were thrashed 4-1 by Newcastle United<\/a> at the Hill Dickinson Stadium on Saturday, seeing them slip down the Premier League table. <\/p>\n

That came after Everton secured a famous 1-0 win over Manchester United<\/a> at Old Trafford, and there was even more joy on their travels when they entered the Vitality Stadium. <\/p>\n

Jack Grealish\u2019s<\/a> deflected strike late on in the second half, his first league goal since October, handed the Toffees all three points, but it was another star who impressed on the night. <\/p>\n

While Grealish ultimately secured his side\u2019s victory on the South Coast, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall<\/a> continued his excellent run of form. <\/p>\n

Dewsbury-Hall scored the winner against Manchester United<\/a> and a consolation last time out at home to Newcastle, but on Tuesday evening, the 27-year-old impressed with his incredible energy and ball-playing skills. <\/p>\n

Moyes brought Carlos Alcaraz into the starting lineup against Bournemouth<\/a> as a number 10, seeing Dewsbury-Hall move into the number eight position alongside Tim Iroegbunham, and it worked a treat. <\/p>\n

The Englishman bossed proceedings in the middle of the park with an 80% pass completion, while making five ball recoveries, as per Sofascore<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The former Leicester City star also eliminated space in central areas for Bournemouth to exploit, forming an immovable wall in front of the Cherries\u2019 defence. <\/p>\n

Everton looked in control with Dewsbury-Hall as a number eight<\/p>\n

Tactically, Moyes got it spot on, and the Scot was rewarded with a moment of quality from Grealish to earn all three points. <\/p>\n

Crucially, his decision to play Dewsbury-Hall in a deeper midfield role paid off emphatically, as the visitors were able to build up play efficiently through his incredible passing range. <\/p>\n

Dewsbury-Hall\u2019s presence enabled the Toffees to pose a huge threat on the counter attack, catching Bournemouth out with the pace. <\/p>\n

It says a lot when Everton registered 13 shots on goal to Bournemouth\u2019s five, in what was a tactical masterclass from Moyes.<\/p>\n
