At Blackpink’s Singapore concert over the weekend, member Lalisa Manobal a.k.a. Lisa was spotted wearing a cute pair of silver ballet sneakers made by Filipino brand GVN Label.<\/p>\n
On Instagram, the proudly Pinoy brand couldn’t be happier.<\/p>\n
“We are at a loss for words,” GVN said as it posted photos and videos of Lisa wearing their shoes from the Singapore show.<\/p>\n
GVN also narrated how someone from the K-pop girl group reached out to them ahead of Blackpink’s Philippine concert “to ask if they could do a pull-out of our ballet sneakers.”<\/p>\n
“We were skeptical at first because it was too good to be true,” the label admitted, “but we wanted to shoot our shot and see what could happen!”\u00a0<\/p>\n
While GVN remained hopeful, they said they didn’t expect anything from the transaction.<\/p>\n
Until a week later, when “we were sent this \u2014 footage of Lisa wearing the wallet sneakers,” GVN narrated excitedly.<\/p>\n
“We honestly still can’t believe it! Truly a pinch-me moment,” GVN said.<\/p>\n
Lisa wore GVN’s ballet sneakers in chrome.
