Arriving a few minutes early for a 7pm reservation made weeks previously, we\u2019re prevented from entering the building \u2013 the former AIB bank on Westmoreland Street \u2013 by a red ribbon strung across the entrance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">A few minutes later, Antonello del Mastro, from Puglia, emerges with a pair of scissors and does the business.
