As Christmas nears in Emmerdale, the drama certainly isn’t going anywhere. Over the last few months, various storylines have rocked the village and it’s set to continue over the next few weeks.<\/p>\n

Celia and Ray’s horrific world of modern slavery could all come crumbling down after Dylan made a huge discovery – not to mention April spilling all to her parents.<\/p>\n

Kev Townsend left the village after realising that Robert Sugden was still in love with Aaron Dingle, but viewers are hoping that’s not the last of him.<\/p>\n

Sam Dingle worked hard to make Lydia’s Jason Donovan dreams come true, but fell victim to an online scam and lost his money for good.<\/p>\n

\"CeliaCelia tells Laurel lies about Ray(Image: ITV)Celia focuses on wrecking Ray’s relationship…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ray\u2019s worlds collide with the news Celia\u2019s joining him and Laurel for dinner. Soon, it\u2019s clear Celia\u2019s relishing the power play as Ray pleads with her to play nice with Laurel. Observing Laurel and Ray\u2019s closeness, Celia\u2019s deeply worried her son is getting attached.<\/p>\n

Having seen enough, Celia decides it\u2019s time to wreck things between Ray and Laurel by painting her son as a manipulative, emotionally-distant playboy.<\/p>\n

After Celia leaves, Laurel can\u2019t hide how her words have affected how she feels about Ray. He struggles to hide his upset as he heads out. Observing an angry Ray storming out of Mulberry, Rhona is deeply worried for Laurel.<\/p>\n

Up at Celia\u2019s Farm, Ray knows that Celia\u2019s actions over Laurel are motivated by jealousy at his closeness with someone else; he is humiliated and furious. When Celia makes him promise to end it, will he?<\/p>\n

Moira\u2019s curiosity leads her to discover that her and Celia\u2019s business arrangement isn\u2019t quite what it seems, as Celia has been forging her signature on invoices for huge amounts of turkeys. When Moira confronts Celia over the fraudulent invoices, Celia covers her alarm and instead manages to use Moira\u2019s justified anger to discredit the accusations.<\/p>\n

After Celia successfully manages to look like the injured party and avoid responding to her accusations, Moira\u2019s left shouting after her to stay away from her business.<\/p>\n

Moira fears after slapping Celia she\u2019ll be the one facing legal consequences rather than her dishonest business partner. Moira\u2019s determined to bring Celia\u2019s shady operation down but uneasy about confronting Celia.<\/p>\n

\"Ruby\"Ruby gets annoyed with Caleb(Image: ITV)Ruby has a new enterprise…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ruby’s wine enterprise begins with a booze-addled decision to import wine, leading to a brainwave from Manpreet to get rid of the surplus.<\/p>\n

Ruby struggles to sell the wine, and Jai and Charity are displeased with her competing with them by trading locally without a licence. However, Charity soon makes a deal with her.<\/p>\n

\"RayWill Ray disobey Celia?(Image: ITV)Ray has worries over Bear…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ray\u2019s alarmed by the look of a wound on Bear\u2019s arm and fears it needs proper treatment, although Celia\u2019s quick to forbid this. Will Ray disobey Celia and get Bear\u2019s arm looked at properly?<\/p>\n

\"Charity\"Charity tries to avoid the baby’s gender reveal(Image: ITV)Elsewhere in the village…<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sarah\u2019s pleased to enlist Belle to help her and Jacob pull off a surprise. Under interrogation from Vanessa, <\/strong>Charity hints the baby she\u2019s carrying might not be Jacob and Sarah\u2019s before quickly backtracking.<\/p>\n

Charity tries to make an excuse to avoid being present at the baby\u2019s gender reveal party unaware of the ramifications.<\/p>\n
