Sydney Sweeney<\/a> <\/strong>is getting some love from Fox News<\/a>. The actress has been getting her share of hate this year, with MSNBC host Krystal Ball recently criticizing her physical appearance. Katrina Campins<\/a> of Fox Business was quick to defend Sydney on Wednesday, saying, \u201cShe\u2019s (Sydney) getting hotter, and they\u2019re so jealous.\u201d The criticism against the Euphoria star seemed to have turned into a political war, with some claiming to hate her because of reports that she sides more with the Republican ideology.<\/p>\n

Sydney had allegedly registered as a Republican voter months before Donald Trump<\/a> became the President.<\/p>\n

Republicans and Democrats never seem to get along about anything. Apparently, that includes the physical appearance of each party\u2019s supporters as well. On Jesse Waters Primetime<\/a>, Katrina called Sydney \u201cso Republican,\u2019 she gets hotter by the minute.\u201d Katrina goes on to declare, \u201cAll Republican women are hot!\u201d<\/p>\n

The rebuttal comes after Krystal ripped into Sydney, alleging that she\u2019s trying to appeal to right-wing nationalists. Sydney had apparently been trolled during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon<\/a> about her look which some deemed Republican.<\/p>\n

Krystal previously claimed that Sydney\u2019s intentions came back to bite her after her movie, Christy, struggled at the box office. The film about boxer Christy Martin earned just over $1 million in its opening weekend in theatres. That made it one of the worst openings<\/a> for a new release that opened on over 2,000 screens.<\/p>\n

Sydney got plenty of hate over the summer for an American Eagle advertisement promoting good jeans. Some felt the ad\u2019s script promoted eugenics. In 2023, the actress faced scrutiny when members of her family posted pictures of themselves wearing Make America Great Again (MAGA) hats.<\/p>\n

Season Three of her show Euphoria<\/a> wrapped up filming in November and will premiere in April 2026.<\/p>\n
