Whether you\u2019re a casual Survivor watcher or a die-hard fan, you cannot deny that Survivor: Australia V The World<\/a> is not only one of the best seasons ever, but it\u2019s truly the Mother Olympics, because the ladies are really running the show this season! <\/p>\n

For many reasons, Australian Survivor\u2018s second season for 2025, Survivor: Australia V The World, is truly a standout. Firstly, it\u2019s the last season we get Jonathan LaPaglia <\/strong>as host<\/a> before David \u2018Golden God\u2019 Genat <\/strong>takes over in 2026<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Secondly, it\u2019s truly a game where we see the women \u2014 from both tribes \u2014 absolutely dominate the game. <\/p>\n

Now, for folks who\u2019ve yet to feast their eyes on any Survivor show, it is definitely a game where you need an alliance to\u2026 SURVIVE. <\/p>\n

One of the most iconic alliances to have been birthed by Survivor is the Black Widow Brigade, which was founded in 2008\u2019s US Survivor: Micronesia by Parvati Shallow<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

Well, in a truly glorious turn of events, two members of the Black Widow Brigade have returned for Survivor: Australia V The World: Parvati and Cirie Fields<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

So, with that history, the Black Widows naturally gravitated towards each other whilst bringing on new members from the World Tribe, such as New Zealand Survivor\u2018s Lisa Holmes <\/strong>and Survivor: Qu\u00e9bec\u2018s Kassandre \u2018Kass\u2019 Bastarache<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

While they\u2019re not officially the \u2018Black Widow Brigade\u2019, it\u2019s evident that the women of the World Tribe have joined together when it comes to tribal council \u2014 especially in episode four, where all the girlies not only got Tony Vlachos <\/strong>eliminated BUT looked out for Parvarti when she clocked the hidden idol. <\/p>\n

And, for the Australian tribe, it appears to be the same, with Kirby<\/strong> Bentley<\/strong> building a strong relationship with Sarah Tilleke<\/strong>. OF COURSE, we also cannot forget the absolute icons, Shonee Bowtell <\/strong>and Janine Allis<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

On top of the strong alliances, it\u2019s also worth highlighting that all four eliminations so far have been men: Rob Bentele<\/strong>, David Genat, George Mladenov<\/strong> and Tony. <\/p>\n

As a result, only two men (at the time of writing) remain in the game: Luke Toki<\/strong> and Tommi Manninen<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

With such stellar alliances, smooth gameplay and a cheeky pattern in eliminations, Survivor fans have absolutely been fanging the absolute power of the women this season, especially the fact that all women have made it to the merger!! <\/p>\n

And, Shonee has become the only contestant in Survivor history to make it to merger four times. <\/p>\n

Now, before anyone comes for me in terms of gender ratio\u2019s the season, I would say nah mate. The divas definitely had chats with everyone to get things sorted, and nope. The blokes were booted for a reason! <\/p>\n

Also, Shonee, Parvarti, Kirby and Cirie were up for elimination during cheeky discussions ahead of tribal councils.<\/p>\n

As they say, don\u2019t hate the player, hate the game!!! And for this game, we\u2019re rooting for the girls!<\/p>\n
