Applegreen in Ballincollig will open Cork\u2019s first Taco Bell restaurant tomorrow, with up to 30 new jobs created.<\/p>\n
The service station provider announced its intention to open a restaurant in Cork last month, following the opening of two other Taco Bell locations in Co Meath and Co Dublin.<\/p>\n
The new restaurant in Ballincollig, which will be open from 10am, comes as part of a major refurbishment of Applegreen\u2019s Ballincollig location.\u00a0<\/p>\n
A new M&S Food shop-in-shop outlet and a new Crafted Kitchen & Deli will also open at the Cork service station tomorrow.<\/p>\n
The American fast-food chain, which specialises in Mexican-inspired (Tex-Mex) fast-food, will see give Cork customers access a range of its fan-favourites including crispy chicken burritos, beef burritos, the Crunchwrap Supreme, quesadillas, and seasoned fries.<\/p>\n
Seamus Stapleton, managing director of Applegreen\u2019s Republic of Ireland business said the organisation is \u201creally excited to be bringing Taco Bell to Ballincollig, and Cork.”<\/p>\n

\n \u201cThe significant refurbishment of the Ballincollig store is part of Applegreen\u2019s investment of more than \u20ac50 million in the Irish market this year.\n <\/p>\n

Applegreen customers at Ballincollig will now have access to more than 400 M&S products, including Colin the Caterpillar cakes, Percy Pig sweets, and freshly baked M&S cookies.<\/p>\n
