Season 6 of\u00a0The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/a>\u00a0recently saw\u00a0Bronwyn Newport<\/a>\u00a0tell\u00a0Whitney Rose<\/a>\u00a0that she’d\u00a0be willing to “try” an open marriage with her husband, Todd Bradley<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 and now, she’s revealing how he reacted to their conversation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, he knew before he saw it, obviously. We talked in the interim,” Bronwyn explained\u00a0during Peacock\u2019s Sunday Night Football: Reality Hot Seat<\/a>\u00a0on Dec. 7.\u00a0“I think it was really hard for him to watch.”\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I mean, I might get benched for a season; I might get traded to another team,\u201d she added during the football-themed live broadcast. \u201cHe knows, obviously, it\u2019s our marriage, we have conversations about it. I think it really shocked him.”<\/p>\n

Why? Largely because she was talking to someone else about their personal issues. “I spoke to Whitney about it … That might have felt like I was giving the other team our playbook,” Bronwyn concluded. “So I might have been in trouble for that.\u201d<\/p>\n

What Bronwyn Newport told Whitney about opening up her and Todd Bradley’s marriage<\/p>\n

Bronwyn and Whitney openly discussed the \u201carrangement[s]\u201d of their marriages on\u00a0RHOSLC Season 6, Episode 9, which came at the heels of\u00a0 Todd looking at photos of other women<\/a> during a fight from New York City to Salt Lake City. It helped, after all, that both women understood the challenges of being married to older men<\/a>, as Justin Rose<\/a> is 18 years older than Whitney, and Todd is 26 years older than Bronwyn.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cIf Todd said to me, ‘I’d like to sleep with other people’ or ‘I’d like us to do it together,’ I would\u2026 I’d at least try it,\u201d Bronwyn confessed.<\/p>\n

That being said, Bronwyn also stated that in spite of Todd\u2019s recent actions, she didn\u2019t want to call it quits on their marriage just yet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On RHOSLC Season 6, Episode 10, Todd fiercely objected to Bronwyn and Whitney’s conversation. “I don’t know why anything related to me can’t be left in this house,” he told his wife of nine years. “Why does it have to be shared with a group of untrustworthy friends?\u201d<\/p>\n

Tensions aside, the couple sat down for a peace negotiation, during which Bronwyn reminded Todd of her willingness to explore bedroom-related matters, so long as it meant strengthening their marriage. She maintained,\u00a0“I’m as open to whatever would make you happy that is possible for me to do. If you wanted to do something different or have an arrangement or be open or whatever else, I would consider it. I would do whatever I needed to do to evolve with you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Todd, for his part, cited a lack of open communication for their recent bout, and they both eventually admitted they came into the initial argument \u201cpretty hot.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

“I can always admit when I’m wrong, and I was wrong,\u201d Todd said. \u201cBut I’m very happy being with you and the relationship we have. What matters is that we talked about it, we resolved it, and we’re moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n
