{"id":228657,"date":"2025-12-12T05:07:10","date_gmt":"2025-12-12T05:07:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/228657\/"},"modified":"2025-12-12T05:07:10","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T05:07:10","slug":"infant-dies-from-injuries-days-after-louth-crash-the-irish-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/228657\/","title":{"rendered":"Infant dies from injuries days after Louth crash \u2013 The Irish Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">A boy who was in a critical condition following a two-car collision in Dundalk, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/louth\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/louth\">Co Louth<\/a>, last weekend has since died.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/an-garda-siochana\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/an-garda-siochana\">Garda\u00ed<\/a> confirmed the infant, who was a passenger in one of the cars, died at the Children\u2019s Health Ireland at Temple Street hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Investigators are appealing for witnesses to the collision of last Saturday evening to come forward with information.
