{"id":228696,"date":"2025-12-12T05:42:18","date_gmt":"2025-12-12T05:42:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/228696\/"},"modified":"2025-12-12T05:42:18","modified_gmt":"2025-12-12T05:42:18","slug":"permission-granted-to-demolish-old-waterford-hotel-with-redevelopment-planned","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/228696\/","title":{"rendered":"Permission granted to demolish old Waterford hotel with redevelopment planned"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Planning permission has been granted for the demolition of an old hotel in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waterfordlive.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">County Waterford<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cosmo Developments Newtown Ltd plans to redevelop the former site of the Old Tramore Hotel on Strand Street in Tramore.<\/p>\n<p>The application details its proposed development, which includes the demolition of the existing hotel building.<\/p>\n<p>In its place, two apartment block buildings will be constructed. The first, Block A, will consist of six three-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Block B will consist of three two-bedroom duplex units.
