{"id":231196,"date":"2025-12-13T17:06:17","date_gmt":"2025-12-13T17:06:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/231196\/"},"modified":"2025-12-13T17:06:17","modified_gmt":"2025-12-13T17:06:17","slug":"turkiyes-fdi-inflows-jump-35-as-of-end-october","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/231196\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;s FDI inflows jump 35% as of end-October"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows to T\u00fcrkiye rose 35% year-over-year in the first ten months of the year, data showed on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The total reached $11.6 billion in the January-October period, lifting the total FDI inflows since 2002 to over $285 billion, the International Investors Association (YASED) said.<\/p>\n<p>In October alone, FDI amount totaled $128 million, the data showed.<\/p>\n<p>Equity capital inflows stood at $567 million, with real estate sales to foreign nationals coming in at $240 million. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;However, divestment and debt instruments decreased the overall FDI inflows by $606 million and $73 million, respectively,&#8221; the association said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The EU countries accounted for 82% the FDI inflows in October.
