Karan Johar’s second directorial Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham<\/a> released 24 years ago today. Featuring a casting coup with Amitabh Bachchan<\/a>, Jaya Bachchan<\/a>, Shah Rukh Khan<\/a>, Kajol<\/a>, Hrithik Roshan<\/a> and Kareena Kapoor Khan<\/a>, apart from becoming a commercial success, the film became a cult classic over the years. Marking the milestone of its 24 years, Kajol went down memory lane, and shared a quirky yet heartfelt advice for \u2018all the Anjalis\u2019.<\/p>\n

Kajol put up a post on Instagram with two pictures, one of her character Anjali in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham with a fun confused look, and another picture of thhe entire lead cast from the song Bole Chudiyan. Along with the pictures, Kajol penned a sweet note, saying, \u201cTo all the Anjali\u2019s out there , keep being loud and proud! Rahul is out there somewhere but he might be late because of traffic.\u201d<\/p>\n

In a collaboration post, Dharma Productions and Karan Johar also celebrated the film’s anniversary. The post read, \u201cAll these years and it continues to make everyone feel the power of family, love, lots of khushi and thoda gham!\u201d<\/p>\n

The post made the fans also nostalgic who came to the comments section to express their love for the film. One fan wrote, \u201cAlways always will be the best film ever,\u201d while another said, \u201cSuch a timeless classic.\u201d Many users asked for the film to re-release in theatres, while some demanded a reunion of SRK and Kajol on screen. <\/p>\n

Interestingly, while Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham was a commercial success at its release, it recieved mixed reviews by critics.
