Mariah Carey\u2019s \u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You\u201d has ruled for a chart-record 19 weeks since that December.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tA week earlier, \u201cLast Christmas\u201d reached a new No. 2 high on the U.S.-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/charts\/hot-100\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Billboard Hot 100<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tRidgeley <a href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/music\/chart-beat\/wham-last-christmas-hot-100-number-2-new-high-1236132140\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">marveled to Billboard<\/a> at how \u201cLast Christmas\u201d has become \u201cbeloved by all generations,\u201d upon its rise to the Hot 100\u2019s runner-up rank, citing \u201cthe special place the song occupies in so many hearts and one that George Michael would have been immensely proud of. U.S. charts rank songs based on streaming and sales activity culled from more than 200 territories around the world, as compiled by Luminate. The Global 200 is inclusive of worldwide data and the Global Excl. U.S. chart comprises data from territories excluding the United States.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tChart ranks are based on a weighted formula incorporating official-only streams on both subscription and ad-supported tiers of audio and video music services, as well as download sales, the latter of which reflect purchases from full-service digital music retailers from around the world, with sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites excluded from the charts\u2019 calculations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cLast Christmas\u201d tops the Global 200 with 95.3 million streams (up 19%) and 5,000 sold (up 26%) worldwide Dec. 5-11.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cAll I Want for Christmas Is You\u201d holds at No. 2 on the Global 200; HUNTR\/X\u2019s \u201cGolden\u201d falls two spots to No. 3 after 18 weeks at No. 1 beginning in July; Taylor Swift\u2019s \u201cThe Fate of Ophelia\u201d slips 3-4 after three weeks at No. 1 starting in October; and Brenda Lee\u2019s No. 2-peaking \u201cRockin\u2019 Around the Christmas Tree\u201d keeps at No. 5.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFour more carols decorate the Global 200\u2019s top 10: Bobby Helms\u2019 \u201cJingle Bell Rock,\u201d which repeats at No. 6; Ariana Grande\u2019s \u201cSanta Tell Me,\u201d steady at No. 7; Kelly Clarkson\u2019s \u201cUnderneath the Tree\u201d (10-8); and Michael Bubl\u00e9\u2019s \u201cIt\u2019s Beginning To Look a Lot Like Christmas\u201d (11-10). (The songs have hit highs of Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 6, respectively.)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAlex Warren\u2019s \u201cOrdinary\u201d is the only other non-holiday song in the Global 200\u2019s top 10, down 8-9 after 10 weeks at No. 1 beginning in May.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl.
