\n\tMeg Ryan<\/a> is saying goodbye to the late Rob Reiner<\/a>. On Wednesday, the actress, who starred in the Reiner-directed When Harry Met Sally\u2026, shared a sweet tribute to Rob and his wife, Michele, in an Instagram post.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOh how we will miss this man,\u201d she wrote. \u201cThank you, Rob and Michele, for the way you believe in true love, in fairy tales, and in laughter. Thank you for your faith in the best in people, and for your profound love of our country.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe post featured a photo of Reiner and Meg Ryan, seemingly taken during the filming of When Harry Met Sally\u2026, showing the two waltzing with huge grins on their faces.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI have to believe that their story will not end with this impossible tragedy, that some good may come, some awareness raised,\u201d Ryan wrote. \u201cI don\u2019t know, but my guess is that they would want that to be hopeful and humane, to be something that brings us all to a greater understanding of one another and to some peace.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tRob and Michele Reiner were found dead<\/a>\u00a0at their Los Angeles home Sunday afternoon, Dec. 14. Their son Nick was arrested that evening and has since been charged with first-degree murder.<\/a><\/p>\n

\n\tLast year, Rob Reiner told CNN<\/a> that meeting his wife Michele had influenced the ending of When Harry Met Sally.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt was going to be the two of them seeing each other after years, talking and then walking away from each other,\u201d he said at the time. \u201cBecause I had been married for 10 years, I\u2019d been single for 10 years, and I couldn\u2019t figure out how I was ever going to be with anybody \u2026 and that gave birth to\u00a0When Harry Met Sally.\u201d<\/p>\n
