\n PSPA consulting members over the future of public sector pensions\n <\/p>\n

It was ‘vitally important’ for the Isle of Man to invest in its infrastructure and public sector, despite it creating an imbalance in the pension fund.<\/p>\n

That’s the view of the chair of the Public Sector Pensions Authority as the body consults its members over the future of public sector pensions.<\/p>\n

Although the pension pot is facing a funding gap, Jerry Carter says the Isle of Man had to remain competitive compared to the UK.<\/p>\n

He says it’s not about playing the ‘blame game’:<\/p>\n
