Tia Mowry <\/a>addressed rumors of a ‘rift’ with her Napa-based identical twin sister Tamera Mowry-Housley<\/a> after admitting she ‘wished’ they ‘were still close’ on her WeTV reality show My Next Act last year.<\/p>\n

From ages 15 through 20, the 47-year-old former child stars headlined the successful sitcom Sister, Sister – which aired for six seasons spanning 1994-1999 on ABC and The WB.<\/p>\n

‘She’s just not as accessible as [she] used to be,’ Tia told ET <\/a>on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

‘I think everybody thought that there was this huge rift or distance, and that was not the case. So, it was new for everyone else, but it wasn’t new for us.’<\/p>\n

The My Secret Santa actress stressed that ‘family is really important to’ them, and they’ll make it a ‘priority’ to be there for each other.<\/p>\n

‘My sister and I, we’ve made a pact that we will reach out to each other once a week and that’s on Sundays,’ Tia explained.<\/p>\n

In October, the Mowry Sisters took a work trip to Manhattan – just the two of them – where they got to shop, taste wine, visit coffee shops and eat ramen at their favorite Japanese restaurant Ippudo.<\/p>\n

‘It was lovely,’ Tia gushed.<\/p>\n

‘We had done, like, this cute little commercial together and that was the first time we<\/p>\n

had done a job, I want to say maybe since 12 or 13 years ago. So it was a lot of fun. It felt like, you know, time didn’t really pass.’<\/p>\n

The biracial beauties reunited yet again in LA for the Thanksgiving holiday with their two brothers Tahj and Tavior, father Timothy and mother Darlene.<\/p>\n

The prior day, the Mowry clan enjoyed a fun-filled day together at Disneyland Park and California Adventure in Anaheim, CA where they rode attractions like the Grizzly River Run.<\/p>\n

‘It just felt like we were just kids again, you know, just getting on all of the rides,’ Tia gushed.<\/p>\n

‘And then not only that, I think what really stood out for me was seeing all of the kids, you know, get together.’<\/p>\n

However, the German-born Army Brats will be spending Christmas apart.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tia finalized her divorce from The Chi actor, 45; in 2023 after 14 years of marriage, and her New Year’s resolution is to hire a matchmaker.<\/p>\n

‘I’ve tried [a dating app] and it was no bueno,’ the Quick Fix star said.<\/p>\n
