The Canadian government will provide as much as C$92 million ($66.8 million) in funding to help quantum computing firms to scale up and remain in the country, as competition with the US in the emerging field heats up.<\/p>\n
The funding will be split among Anyon Systems, Nord Quantique<\/a>, Photonic, and Xanadu Quantum Technologies<\/a>, according to a news release from Artificial Intelligence Minister Evan Solomon\u2019s office.
