Doja Cat,\u00a0Jelly Roll,\u00a0Post Malone, Tate McRae\u00a0and Conan Gray have been added to the lineup of artists performing at the\u00a02025 MTV VMAs,<\/a> hosted by LL Cool J, airing live from New York\u2019s UBS Arena\u00a0on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 8 p.m. ET\/ 5 p.m. PT, for the first time on the CBS Television Network. It will be simulcast on MTV and streaming on Paramount+ in the U.S.<\/p>\n They join a lineup that includes previously announced performers Sabrina Carpenter, Ricky Martin (who will receive the VMAs\u2019 first-ever Latin Icon Award), Busta Rhymes, J Balvin with DJ Snake, Alex Warren, Sombr and Mariah Carey, who\u00a0will be the 2025 recipient of the Video Vanguard Award, given out annually as part of the\u00a0MTV Video Music Awards.<\/p>\n More from Variety<\/strong><\/p>\n Nominations for this year\u2019s\u00a0\u201cVMAs\u201d Social Categories,\u00a0Best Group\u00a0and\u00a0Song of The Summer,\u00a0will be revealed on\u00a0Friday, Aug. 29.<\/p>\n Conan Gray will make his main stage debut with hit single \u201cVodka Cranberry\u201d from his fourth studio album,\u00a0Wishbone, released earlier this month.
