She also said mental health matters, not just for her, but for everyone around her.<\/p>\n<p>Motherhood brings new clarity.<\/p>\n<p>The actress welcomed her first child, daughter Saraayah, with husband <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/sidharth-malhotra\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sidharth Malhotra<\/a> in July. Kiara shared that becoming a mother has given her new clarity. She said she now chooses films based on the soul of the story and not the genre. She also revealed that she is reading many scripts, including a biopic that excites her a lot.
