They thanked their community as they prepare for their final day\"BlathannaBlathanna in Athenry<\/p>\n

A beloved Galway florist will shut their doors for the final time at the end of December 2025 as they thanked they community for over three decades of support.<\/p>\n

Blathanna, near the Old Gate in Athenry, has been at the heart of the town for 32 years but Nonie and Anne are saying goodbye.<\/p>\n

They shared details on their final day and had a heartfelt message for their customers and community.<\/p>\n

Blathanna said: “Dear Customers,<\/p>\n

“We just want to let you all know that the shop will be closing at the end of December. We are retiring, after 32 years in business.<\/p>\n

“Thank you all for your loyalty & support over the years, it was our privilege to have served you all.<\/p>\n

“During our time in business we have made many friends, shared many occasions, had many laughs and seen many changes in our town.<\/p>\n

“Thank you again, we wish you all a merry Christmas and a healthy new year.<\/p>\n

“Nonie & Anne”<\/p>\n
