Actor Mannara Chopra<\/a> has opened up about her evolving bond with sister Priyanka Chopra<\/a>, whom she doesn\u2019t see as a godmother figure but rather as a guiding light in her life. In fact, Mannara also shared some interesting details about Priyanka\u2019s daughter Malti, describing her as a \u201cproper LA baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

During an interview with Filmygyaan<\/a>, Mannara spoke about her bond with Priyanka, and whether her daughter Malti knows Hindi or not.<\/p>\n

When asked if she considers Priyanka as her godmother, Mannara replied, \u201cShe is my sister, I would say. Recently, she was visiting India so I went to meet her. You just take your heart out and you can tell her what you are feeling right now. So, she is like that calming factor who doesn\u2019t have that thing where she will solve everything for you, but she will guide you in a way which is so proper\u2026 She guides me very nicely as a sister. I feel very emotional whenever I am around her, in the past two years especially. When I used to meet her earlier, it was mostly fun, chirpy, just giggling, now I am always hugging her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mannara was also asked about Priyanka Chopra\u2019s daughter, Malti, and whether the little one speaks in Hindi. To which, she responded, \u201cShe communicates properly in English. Of course, she has picked up a few words of Hindi. Last time I met her was during my brother\u2019s wedding this year. She is still quite young, so I will tell you more when I meet her the next time\u2026 She is a proper LA baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Priyanka and Nick Jonas<\/a> got engaged in 2018, making their relationship public. Later that December, they tied the knot in a dreamy wedding with both Hindu and Christian ceremonies at Jaipur\u2019s Umaid Bhawan Palace. The couple welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie<\/a> Chopra Jonas, in January 2022 via surrogacy.<\/p>\n
