\n The pub is currently being listed by estate agents Fleurets East at an asking price of \u00a3500,000, with a spokesman confirming it was still available.\n<\/p>\n
\n Some of the venue’s features include an open plan lounge\/bar that has enough space for about 50 customers.\n<\/p>\n
\n There is also an open floor area with oak flooring, along with a timber bar servery and back shelving located to one side, as well as a separate area for toilets.\n<\/p>\n
\n Other areas of the pub include a trade kitchen, a storage area with plenty of space for fridge\/freezers and a basement cellar.\n<\/p>\n
\n On the first floor are four letting bedrooms, all of which are double size with en suite shower rooms as well as a large store\/office.\n<\/p>\n

\n The pub is believed to date as far back as 1837 and was given its name as it was located on what was then known as Bull Street.\n<\/p>\n
\n It is said that the road’s name was changed after a visit to Fakenham from the soon-to-be Queen Victoria, who became stuck in a ford in her carriage and vowed never to return to the town unless a bridge was built.\n<\/p>\n
\n Although the bridge was duly built, the long-reigning monarch still never returned to the town.\n<\/p>\n
