Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;But what do you do when you&#8217;re away on Christmas Day?&#8217; she asked <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DSun3_uDmN_\/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&amp;igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ%3D%3D&amp;img_index=11\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">on social media,<\/a> before sharing everything she did on December 25. <\/p>\n<p>Roz and Zach spent Christmas Eve in the most incredible way, sleeping in a cabin on a volcano. Pic: Roz Purcell\/Instagram<\/p>\n<p>The 34-year-old showed off the incredible views of the pink skies as the sun rose for the day. They then hiked down the mountain for a delicious-looking traditional Guatemalan breakfast.<\/p>\n<p>Roz and Zach then got on an hour-long bus ride after breakfast to their hotel, which was a converted convent. They then headed for &#8216;extremely spicy tacos&#8217; for lunch&#8230; a far cry from mash and gravy back home!<\/p>\n<p>Of course, it wouldn&#8217;t be a trip in the sun without having a bite of ice cream. The couple, who got engaged in August 2023, strolled around Antigua for the afternoon before heading to the spa. Roz shared an incredible shot of the view.<\/p>\n<p>People took to the comment section to point out how dreamy the trip looked. &#8216;It looks amazing,&#8217; one person wrote, while another added: &#8216;Wow!
