Dallas designer Kara Adam refers to the tech-free movement as \u201cAnalog Joy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u201cMore and more clients are craving what I call \u2018analog rooms\u2019\u2013\u2013basically spaces designed for slowing down,\u201d Adam said. \u201cIt\u2019s not about going off the grid; it\u2019s about creating a room that naturally invites focus, conversation and calm.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Analog rooms are ideal for puzzles, cards, reading, cocktails and connecting with loved ones through conversation. \u201cThe goal is a layered, tactile room that feels lived-in, inviting, and intentionally disconnected. It\u2019s a quieter kind of luxury, and clients can\u2019t get enough of it,\u201d Adam explained.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Spaces specifically designed for play have become more in demand, often with game tables as the focus.
