A private flight with SRK<\/p>\n

While Khan couldn\u2019t make it to the engagement, Rinku recalled a heartwarming gesture from the actor that remains etched in his memory. In 2024, after he wasn\u2019t selected in India\u2019s main squad for the T20 World Cup and had to travel to Mumbai for visa formalities, Rinku got a surprise invitation from Shah Rukh to fly with him on his private chartered jet.\u201cSo this was the time when I wasn\u2019t selected in the main squad \u2014 I was in the standby list. My flight had already been booked, and I was about to leave alone. Somehow, either Sir or Pooja ma\u2019am found out, and they said I should travel with Sir. I was completely nervous \u2014 like, \u2018I\u2019m going to travel alone with Sir? How will I handle myself? What will I say?\u2019 I tried so many times to refuse,\u201d Rinku told RevSportz.But SRK\u2019s warmth and encouragement made the journey unforgettable. \u201cOnce Sir had said it, how could I say no? He gave me a lot of encouragement. That season also wasn\u2019t going too well for me. He was explaining things, giving me support. And for the first time, I sat in a charter flight \u2014 that too, with Sir. Those two hours were really, really amazing for me.
