{"id":260831,"date":"2026-01-01T01:36:08","date_gmt":"2026-01-01T01:36:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/260831\/"},"modified":"2026-01-01T01:36:08","modified_gmt":"2026-01-01T01:36:08","slug":"woman-28-dies-following-early-december-fermanagh-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/260831\/","title":{"rendered":"Woman, 28, dies following early December Fermanagh crash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A 28-year-old woman has died following a road traffic collision in Lisnaskea, County Fermanagh, on 5 December.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The collision occurred on the Crom Road at around 4.40pm.<\/p>\n<p>The PSNI said that Hanna Tanasova, who was originally from Ukraine but had been living in the Mayobridge area for several years, died in hospital on the 26 December.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Inspector Simpson from the Collision Investigation Unit, stated: \u201cOfficers responded to a report that a Vauxhall Insignia car and Renault Trafic van had collided on the Crom Road at around 4.40pm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cColleagues from Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service also attended the scene and a number of people were conveyed to hospital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSadly, 28-year-old Hanna Tanasova, who was originally from Ukraine but had been living in the Mayobridge area for several years, passed away from her injuries in hospital on Friday 26th December.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur investigation is ongoing, and we appeal to anyone with phone\/dash cam footage, or information which might assist, to get in touch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou can get in contact with officers on 101, quoting reference number 989 of 05\/12\/25.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Woman, 28, dies following early December Fermanagh crash was last modified:  December 31st, 2025 by Staff Writer<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A 28-year-old woman has died following a road traffic collision in Lisnaskea, County Fermanagh, on 5 December.
