{"id":261275,"date":"2026-01-01T07:37:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-01T07:37:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/261275\/"},"modified":"2026-01-01T07:37:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-01T07:37:09","slug":"e33000-worth-of-cocaine-and-cannabis-seized-in-boyle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/261275\/","title":{"rendered":"\u20ac33,000 worth of cocaine and cannabis seized in Boyle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A man has been charged after a major seizure of cannabis and cocaine in north Roscommon.<\/p>\n<p>Garda\u00ed on patrol at Corrigeenroe, Boyle, stopped and searched a vehicle at around 1 o&#8217;clock yesterday morning and recovered cannabis herb, cannabis resin and cocaine with an estimated street value of more than \u20ac33,000.<\/p>\n<p>A man, aged in his 20s, was arrested and was detained at a station in the Garda North Western Region.<\/p>\n<p>He has since been charged and is due to appear before a special sitting of Ballyshannon District Court tonight.<\/p>\n<p>The seized drugs will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A man has been charged after a major seizure of cannabis and cocaine in north Roscommon.
