As TV launches into action in 2026, there will be a number of series we\u2019ll be saying goodbye to, including the CW\u2019s \u201cAll American,\u201d Starz\u2019s \u201cOutlander\u201d and CBS\u2019 \u201cThe Neighborhood,\u201d all of which had impressive eight-season runs.<\/p>\n

Luckily, a handful of shows ending this year already have spinoff series lined up for fans to enjoy, like \u201cOutlander: Blood of My Blood,\u201d \u201cCrutch\u201d and \u201cThe Boys\u201d spinoff, \u201cGen V.\u201d<\/p>\n

Check out all the shows set to end in 2026 below. This list will be updated as new series endings are announced.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll American\u201d\u00a0(The CW)<\/p>\n

The long-running football-centric drama series will conclude its eight-season run when it returns in 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Boys\u201d\u00a0(Prime Video)<\/p>\n

The fifth and final season of \u201cThe Boys\u201d is expected to hit Prime Video around June 2026, but luckily spinoff series \u201cGen V\u201d is in position to keep the story going.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood Omens\u201d\u00a0(Prime Video)<\/p>\n

Following sexual assault allegations made against showrunner Neil Gaiman, the the third and final season of \u201cGood Omens\u201d was reduced to one 90-minute episode starring Michael Sheen and David Tennant, who return as the angel Aziraphale and demon Crowley, respectively. Having begun production on the finale in 2025, we can likely expect the conclusion to drop in 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Late Show With Stephen Colbert\u201d\u00a0(CBS)<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cThe Late Show With Stephen Colbert,\u201d<\/a> which continues to rank as the most-watched show in late night, will come to an end in May 2026. While CBS claimed the move was a \u201cpurely a financial decision against a challenging backdrop in late night,\u201d the cancellation in July came just days after the late night host derided Paramount\u2019s $16 million settlement with President Donald Trump as\u00a0\u201cbig fat bribe\u201d<\/a>\u00a0to ensure the Trump administration\u2019s FCC approves Paramount\u2019s merger with Skydance Media, which did eventually go through.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Neighborhood\u201d\u00a0(CBS)<\/p>\n

The Cedric the Entertainer-led comedy series will come to a close with its final episodes in 2026 after an eight-season run, though the universe will live on in spinoff series \u201cCrutch,\u201d focused on Tracy Morgan\u2019s Francois \u201cFrank\u201d Crutchfield.<\/p>\n

\u201cOuter Banks\u201d (Netflix)<\/p>\n

The Pogues will return for one final adventure before \u201cOuter Banks\u201d closes out its five-season run in 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cOutlander\u201d (Starz)<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time for fans to say goodbye to the time-traveling romance between Sam Heughan\u2019s Jamie and Caitriona Balfe\u2019s Claire when \u201cOutlander\u201d returns for its eighth and final season this March. Luckily, prequel series \u201cOutlander: Blood of My Blood\u201d will take the baton and continue the \u201cOutlander\u201d romance.<\/p>\n

\u201cPower Book IV: Force\u201d\u00a0(Starz)<\/p>\n

The \u201cPower\u201d spinoff series will air its last episode in January 2026 after Starz announced<\/a> in June 2024 that the series, which centers on Joseph Sikora\u2019s Tommy Egan, is set to end with its third season.<\/p>\n

\u201cRidiculousness\u201d (MTV)<\/p>\n

MTV will wrap up the beloved series hosted by\u00a0Rob Dyrdek\u00a0after 46 seasons, with the last season filmed airing through 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Way Home\u201d (Hallmark Channel)<\/p>\n

The Andie MacDowell-led series will return for its fourth and final season in spring 2026.<\/p>\n

\u201cYellowjackets\u201d (Paramount+)<\/p>\n

Paramount+ revealed in October 2025 that the writers\u2019 room for \u201cYellowjackets\u201d Season 4 was officially open, and that Season 4 would be the last installment for the series. With production kicking off sometime in 2026, there has not yet been a release date for Season 4 set.<\/p>\n
