The latest vlog opened with Parmeet stepping out for a run along the River Thames with his sons, Aaryamann and Ayushmaan. Midway through the jog, Parmeet suddenly paused to perform Surya Namaskar by the riverbank before the trio continued their workout in a nearby park.<\/p>\n
