of the Tibet autonomous region\u2019s establishment.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (Sasac), China\u2019s top state asset regulator, is calling for more targeted measures to boost industries, with more capital flowing into grass-roots projects and a greater promotion of cultural and tourism sectors to benefit local communities, according to a statement released on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[We will] step up infrastructure investment and construction in Tibet, and advance major projects, including the <a target=\"_self\" class=\"e1yy41x40 ef9u0v01 css-1ankfgb ecgc78b0\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scmp.com\/news\/china\/science\/article\/3319175\/china-building-worlds-biggest-hydropower-dam-why-india-worried?module=inline&amp;pgtype=article\" title=\"\" data-qa=\"BaseLink-renderAnchor-StyledAnchor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Yarlung Tsangpo hydropower plant<\/a> and the <a target=\"_self\" class=\"e1yy41x40 ef9u0v01 css-1ankfgb ecgc78b0\" frontier and bordering four Asian countries, Tibet has distinct advantages in agriculture, animal husbandry and clean energy.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">Wang Jiang, deputy dean of the Institute of China\u2019s Borderland Studies at Zhejiang Normal University, said transport and environmental conditions remain barriers to
