{"id":270265,"date":"2026-01-06T12:36:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T12:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/270265\/"},"modified":"2026-01-06T12:36:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T12:36:10","slug":"working-from-home-conversation-gone-mad-says-hr-consultant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/270265\/","title":{"rendered":"Working from home conversation \u201cgone mad\u201d, says HR consultant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A leading HR consultant has suggested the working from home conversation has \u201cgone mad\u201d, with many employees now requesting to work from home due to worsening traffic in the mornings.<\/p>\n<p>Working from home legislation was introduced back in March 2024, which requires employers to acknowledge an employee\u2019s request to work from home.
