planning report states that one 667-unit scheme from 2021 \u2013 mainly \u201cbuild to rent\u201d \u2013 has been remitted by the High Court to An Coimisi\u00fan Plean\u00e1la (ACP) for style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">In addition, according to the report, building heights have been carefully modulated throughout the site, providing appropriate setbacks from neighbouring
