British actress Sophie Turner<\/a> showed off her incredible high-fashion glow-up as she arrived at the CBS studios in New York on Wednesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The mother-of-two, 29, wore thin-rimmed spectacles and an oversized black coat which had enhanced shoulders and giant epaulettes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Her Self Portrait skirt had a large split in it which showed off her legs which she elongated with a pair of sky high black heels.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Adding a pop of colour to her look, the Joan actress carried a patent red clutch bag which perfectly matched her slick of red lipstick.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Sophie, who was previously married to US singer Joe Jonas, 36, has revealed she has already been in training for one year for her role as Lara Croft.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Inspired by the beloved video game franchise, the series will follow the daring adventures of archaeologist and explorer Lara Croft<\/p>\n

She will be picking up the role as the iconic Tomb Raider star for\u00a0Amazon MGM’s live-action series.<\/p>\n

Sophie will join the likes of Sigourney Weaver and Jason Isaacs in the video game adaptation and production is scheduled to begin in January 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The star spoke to\u00a0ScreenRant <\/a>about her latest role, saying: ‘I can’t say much, but my preparation began in February [2025].\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I’ve been training for a long time now, coming up on a year, and we’re going to start shooting in January.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘I’m really excited, but I feel prepped, and I feel really lucky to have such a great relationship with Amazon, and I’m excited for the world to see what we do with Lara and Tomb Raider. I think it’s going to be something special.’<\/p>\n

Angelina Jolie and Alicia Vikander have both previously portrayed Lara Croft in past movies.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Sophie has also\u00a0revealed she hasn’t been on a date ‘in weeks’ following a short-lived ‘romance’ with\u00a0Coldplay<\/a> frontman Chris Martin<\/a>.<\/p>\n
