{"id":276553,"date":"2026-01-09T21:06:09","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T21:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/276553\/"},"modified":"2026-01-09T21:06:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T21:06:09","slug":"property-firm-purchases-auctioneers-established-by-the-late-jim-finucane","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/276553\/","title":{"rendered":"Property firm purchases auctioneers established by the late Jim Finucane"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A property firm has purchased Tralee company Jim Finucane Auctioneers Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>The real estate agency was established by the late <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiokerry.ie\/news\/jim-finucane\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mr Finucane<\/a> in 1997.<\/p>\n<p>The former Cathaoirleach of Kerry County Council and Fine Gael councillor passed away in November aged 68.<\/p>\n<p>Tralee based company, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SFSCTralee\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Sherry Fitzgerald Stephenson Crean<\/a> has purchased the business.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson has confirmed the rental, sales, management and associated portfolio of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/JimFinucaneAuctioneers\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jim Finucane Auctioneers<\/a> officially came under its ownership this week.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-466996\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Jim-Finucane-Auctioneers-Ltd-logo-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\"\/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"A property firm has purchased Tralee company Jim Finucane Auctioneers Ltd.
