Bowling For Soup<\/a> and electropop duo able machines have collaborated on a cover of the Elastica<\/a> classic \u2018Connection\u2019 \u2013 check it out below.<\/p>\n

The collaboration came about as a result of the friendship between Bowling For Soup and able machines\u2019 Linus Of Hollywood, who they have frequently worked with. Their take on the Britpop hit is notably more electronic-leaning than the guitar-driven original.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have always loved this song! We used to play it in the van non stop!\u201d said Bowling For Soup frontman Jaret Reddick. \u201cOne day I was listening to a new able machines song and just thought\u2026My best friend, Bowling For Soup\u2019s producer, Linus of Hollywood is in an Electronic band! We should do this \u2018Connection\u2019 together! Even the song title is perfect for this collab! Luckily, Linus and Tay liked the idea, and ran with it! I am so stoked for how this turned out\u2026The video is next level!\u201d<\/p>\n

Bowling For Soup headlined London\u2019s Wembley Arena last month<\/a> and will return to the UK in the summer for a joint tour with Frank Turner.<\/a><\/p>\n

The Bowl My Bones Tour will begin on June 25 at Dreamland in Margate and has nine stops across the UK, mostly at outdoor venues. It will conclude with a show at the Eden Project as part of Eden Sessions in St Austell, Cornwall.<\/p>\n
