For those leading an active lifestyle, Siddhartha Singh highlights turmeric’s role in physical recovery. He says, “If your mom is not putting haldi in dal or subzi, tell her, please do so. But this is not why I like haldi. I like haldi because it is great for joint health.” He added that being an athlete, it really helps him in proper recovery. “So haldi is something that you’ve probably heard your parents talk about. It actually works. So much so that haldi has actually been said to be a natural steroid. Can’t get better than that,” he continued.

Unlocking curcumin’s full potential

Siddhartha says, “Make sure you are adding black pepper to haldi because that is going to massively increase the amount of haldi your body can digest, almost 2,000 percent. So sometimes the best supplements are not available in supplement stores but actually in your house.”

Celebrity fitness trainer Siddhartha Singh is known for playing a key role in Tamannaah Bhatia’s incredible physical transformation.…

[277
140486,140485,18,135,19,17,508,42886,24885,103377,130095,140487
0":"post-278143","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-nutrition","8":"tag-black-pepper-and-turmeric","9":"tag-curcumin-health-benefits","10":"tag-eire","11":"tag-health","12":"tag-ie","13":"tag-ireland","14":"tag-nutrition","15":"tag-siddhartha-singh","16":"tag-tamannaah-bhatia","17":"tag-tamannaah-bhatia-fitness","18":"tag-turmeric-benefits","19":"tag-underrated-superfoods
["GET
