It resembles one \u2013 \u201cZhong Caiwen\u201d \u2013 that is widely believed to represent the Central Financial and Economic Affairs Commission, a key economic decision-making body headed by President Xi Jinping.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The new piece added that the world\u2019s second-largest economy would guide the orderly and rational cross-border layout of industrial and supply chains to support growth, job creation and higher living standards abroad.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">It noted that, over the past decade, China has helped slash global solar power costs by more than 80 per cent by leveraging its renewable energy system, the world\u2019s largest.
