Smith O\u2019Brien Avenue, Kileely, Limerick and late of Coffey Memorials, Mulgrave Street, Limerick.<\/strong><\/p>\n On January 10th 2026, suddenly but peacefully.<\/p>\n Beloved son of Fergal and Louise and much loved brother of David, Erin (Sheahan) and twin sister Rachel.<\/p>\n Jack will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his loving family, nephews Ben, Cathal, Tadgh and Alex, brother-in-law Seamus, Rachel\u2019s partner Goce, Fergal’s partner Miriam, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.<\/p>\n May he Rest in Peace<\/strong><\/p>\n Reposing at Cross\u2019s Funeral Home, Lower Gerald Griffin Street, Friday, January 16th, from 4.30pm to 6pm.<\/p>\n Funeral will arrive Saturday, January 17th, at St. Lelia\u2019s Church, Kileely Road, for Requiem Mass at 10am, Funeral afterwards to Mount St. Oliver Cemetery.<\/p>\n Jack’s Requiem Mass will be streamed live\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n Jack\u2019s funeral cort\u00e9ge will pass the family home in Smith O\u2019Brien Avenue and will travel through Mulgrave Street en route to the Cemetery.<\/p>\n Family flowers only.
