\n\tMariah Carey<\/a> revealed all the songs that will be featured on her upcoming 16th studio album Here for It All on Wednesday (Aug. 27).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 11-track project includes two collaborations: \u201cPlay This Song\u201d with Anderson .Paak<\/a> and \u201cJesus I Do\u201d with The Clark Sisters<\/a>. .Paak also co-wrote the LP\u2019s first single, \u201cType Dangerous,\u201d and performed it alongside the elusive chanteuse and Rakim<\/a> at the 2025 BET Awards<\/a> in June, when MC won her first BET Award: the Ultimate Icon Award<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cIt was awesome to be able to work on her project. She\u2019s amazing to work with, a great writer, great producer. So much fun. We had a lot of fun,\u201d .Paak told Billboard\u2018s Tetris Kelly<\/a>. \u201cThat was one of the last records we did in the studio, and it came together like so quick. She\u2019s a big hip-hop head, so I wanted to try to find something that we could continue the lineage of her mixing the old with the new. And I think we got it with this one.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tCarey is set to receive the Video Vanguard Award<\/a> at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards on Sept. 7, when she\u2019ll also perform a career-spanning medley of hits on the show.<\/p>\n

\n\tHere for It All is due Sept. 26 via gamma. Following \u201cType Dangerous,\u201d Carey released \u201cSugar Sweet,\u201d featuring Shenseea<\/a> and Kehlani<\/a>, as the second single. It reached the top 20 of Hot R&B Songs<\/a>. Both singles have gained traction on radio, with Mimi earning her first No. 1<\/a> on Adult R&B Airplay<\/a> in almost 19 years with \u201cType Dangerous\u201d and \u201cSugar Sweet\u201d hitting No. 31 on R&B\/Hip-Hop Airplay<\/a>.<\/p>\n
